How we use AI

To answer your questions on Instagram (messages and comments) faster, we use an AI assistant called Selin. Selin is an AI, not a person, and says so in her first message.

Our team approves the replies

Selin only prepares a draft reply, and no reply is sent until a member of our team has read and approved or corrected it. The only exception is short messages whose answer is always the same: greetings, thanks and the question "are you an AI?" — Selin answers these directly. Complaints, technical support, questions about your own account, legal questions and messages with personal data go straight to our team.

What Selin knows

Selin only uses information our team has written and checked: what the apps do, how to use them, the free trial and where to find current prices. She cannot see your bookings, payment details or account. If she doesn't know something, she doesn't make it up — she tells you our team will get back to you.

How your messages are processed

Draft replies are prepared by a model running on our own AI server, hosted in Turkey; your messages are not sent to third-party AI services for this. The model does not receive your name or username, only the text of the message. Voice messages are transcribed and photos described on the same server.

Your messages reach us through Instagram (Meta); the conversation on Instagram is subject to Meta's own privacy rules. Messages we receive from Instagram are deleted from our system after 180 days.

If you want to talk to a person

At any point in the conversation, just write "I'd like to talk to your team" and our team will write to you directly.

If you spot a mistake

If you notice a mistake despite our review, write to us at support@bibasitrandevu.com; we will correct it and update Selin's information.
